A SERIES OF ONLINE MEETINGS

• Step 1: Free Consultation & Quote: We meet online to discuss your vision and plans for your basement finishing project.

• Step 2: Measuring: Online meeting with you or your contractor to either review existing foundation plans or interactively take measurements with a laser measurement tool that has been mailed to you.

• Step 3: Floorplan Layout Review: Explore 3d Birdseye views and perspectives of different floorplan options that have been posted to your private webpage by our basement design specialist. Then narrow the design down to a single general layout.

• Step 4: Initial Plan Review:  Prior to this online meeting, your initial basement blueprint, multiple 3D perspectives, and walkthrough videos will be posted to your webpage. This allows you time to review them and compile a list of any requested changes. During the meeting, we’ll go over your list and begin making the requested adjustments.

• Step 5: Final Plan Review:  An online meeting to review your revised plans and make changes before hardcopies are mailed.  

• Step 6: Blueprint Package Mailed:  A set of scaled blueprints, printed on high-quality 13"x19" paper, will be mailed to you. The package includes two framing plans, six overall plans, and 3d perspectives. These plans are designed to facilitate construction, getting contractor bids, and pulling building permits. You also receive an emailable PDF blueprint to email to contractors.

• Ongoing Service:   If you or your contractor needs modifications or additions to your basement plans, we’re here to assist. We’ll make the requested adjustments and mail you an updated set of revised blueprints.
